Three Slot:
Orlando Furioso: Your Knockback scaling is disabled. Every 100 damage you take staggers you for a short time, during which you have increased knockback scaling.
Health Hauler: Each hit you land heals you for 2%. Disables the Patron, Art upgrade and Token of Friendship is replaced with ‘Determination: All your attacks deal +1 damage for each stock you are missing’.
Blue Reverberation: Projectiles deal no damage or knockback to you, but can still stun and interrupt attacks.
Feel free to use any of them, tweak them, all that stuff. I just want my boy to be more usable in abyss.
Art: Every 2 seconds, heal 1%, token of friendship abnormality page increases this to every 1 second.
Literature: Every 3rd attack you land inflicts 1 paralyze. Paralyze reduces damage by 3, then lowers stack by 1.
Social Studies: Speed and Dodge distance increases by 10%, Airdodges do not put you in Pratfall.
Two Slot:
O' Sorrow: Negative Emotion Coins count towards emotion level increase instead of lowering it. Amount and type of emotion coins affect the chances of each abnormality page appearing.
The Strongest: USPECIAL no longer puts you into pratfall, unless used twice in a row.
Charles Office: The first attack that hits you deals no damage and reduced knockback, recharges every 30 seconds.
Emotional Instability: max emotion level +1 for each combatant, excluding yourself. -1 Positive emotion point gain for each combatant, excluding yourself (min of 1 positive emotion point).
Anyways, I love this character, I just think its a shame he doesn't have any Abyss mode Upgrades, so uh, I made some ideas:
One Slot
Keter: DSPECIAL windup slightly increased, but can now be aimed in any direction in front of you.
History: Tipper hits have a 50% chance to inflict 3 burn, burn deals damage equal to its stack and lowers by 1 every 1.5 seconds.
Religion: When taking a stock from an enemy, heal 4-8%, both ranges increase by 4 each stock you take or lose.
Language: Your STRONG attacks ignore superarmor.
Natural Sciences: Time is slowed for up to 5 seconds while selecting abnormality pages. When parrying an attack, the enemy is staggered for 1 more second.
Philosophy: parry frames last 0.3 seconds longer.
other than that i only have high praise for the character and love what you have been doing with Roland, easily my number 1 fav mod character to ever come from this community, keep on the good work, and i hope tha- ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ IS THAT THE RED MIST
