That’s really strange. I used the same spawning mechanics as the base game for normal animals. If you could, please send me your list of mods — it’s probably a conflict with something, because everything works fine on my end. I’m happy to help you figure it out!

Already installed 1.6 — now I just need to tear myself away from the new DLC and get it done! Will definitely get to it soon :)

Thank you for this! So far I've only had the situation where cats arrive once, BUT I have Biotech installed (not sure if that's what caused this) but I now have kittens, kittens! It is so precious to hear all the little meows here and there, so fantastic job.
