In short, for some reason, the Brute rebel model from Entropy: Zero - Uprising Episode 1 NPCs seems to affect the Brute rebel model in EZ2. My personal guess is that it might be a model path conflict.

Sorry, this method isn't 100% effective.
I'm not sure if it's a model group path conflict issue.

Note: If you install the "Entropy : Zero - Uprising Episode 1 NPCs" addon alongside this one, it will cause all Brute unit models in this addon to be overwritten by the EZU models.
Solution: Install the "Entropy : Zero 2 - Model Pack" addon to resolve this.

guys using mapbase with this addon fixes female animations except the female combine so yeah

Speaking about the Rebels, they seem to conflict with not only something like Fixed Citizen Animations by Zippy as well as 5-fingered humans.

The problem is they are using separate animations that have absolutely different name from HL2 anims, but for some reason they still conflict somehow. I did it all the same way as with males and yet only female models don't work right ffor some reason.

How come other mods work? You could just replace the female animations from scratch or using the custom black mesa blue shift anims for them. o-o

Figuring out the problem directly would be much better than randomly playing addon roulette and going through an addon cleansing.

I tried to hex everything in this addon. But it doesn't seem to work, so this addon conflicts with any rebel animation replacements.

What if there was a chance they would lock themselves into a room? Maybe that way there'd be more of a purpose for combine to kick down doors.
