The Arkhan the Black update did not even touch buildings or settlements in anyway.
The only thing that was changed was battle_entity_stats and some AI weight to recuitment for some units.
I tested with tomb kings extended + SFO submod and they show up but with this mod the building for the unit only increases capacity without being able to recruit them.
Do not use that submod with this. If you look at the required items on the right. Those are the mods that you need.
does this mod do fine without SFO for arkhan?
Most of those issues should be resolved. I play tested this afternoon.
I believe Traitor Kings wounds was added by base mod.
Strigoi Ghoul King lords now have new traits and names. The trait names at the time did not have a name in SFO.
Not going to datacore 3 mods to add in bound spells. The base Arkhan the Black does not add in bound spells to Arkhan's unique tree (currently).
Nehekharan Citadel was locked by me by mistake, that is fixed now.
The Mortuary Cult RORs are the same ones from SFO and TKE. You have to have the correct landmark and then activate the rite. TKE and SFO both share the same RORs btw. They even have the same names in the files.
I should probably post a list of RORs in SFO that use the landmarks.
