It seems that the cocktails from Vanilla Brewing Expanded doesn't count as an alcohol dependency so my Harana is downing multiples cocktails and blackening out trying to fulfill her alcohol need to no avail

I think I may have found the issue - Tweaks Galore has an option to disable narrow headtypes.

Having a tiny problem with this xenotype - any Harana pawn on screen makes all
pawns (including themselves) invisible. Possibly a facial animation issue? When the pawn in question is deleted or using character editor to de-harana them into a baseliner, the glitch goes away.
