I mainly changed it because the older one has misaligned texture elements with the normalmap like the arms, causing lighting to not be right on them, i had no idea how the original artist removed the urban camo on the HECU body texture so i just kept it in and redid it based on that.

His new update seems to be a black ops reskin. honestly i think there should be an all black option but that retexture does look good.

My older BMCE based pack used to have that but the problem is the HEV suit UV itself.

the UV made it so any mipmaps would show this gross blurry white line the farther you were away, and it looked so terrible that i didnt wanna attempt it again.

Balaclavas are tricky to add since face flexes get in the way.

It wasn't really made with any specific server in mind, there is however two wip servers(last I checked) and one on and off one depending on how active people are on it.
