this feels impossible to win as attackers, objectives are WAY to large and takes ages to capture

@Zahav Unfortunately I’m just working with what the workshop and vanilla game have to offer atm, I do believe there is someone who plans to make a Ukrainian faction mod soon but I don’t have a timeline on that.

This needs proper Ukrainian faction mod with Ukrainian surnames and names and Ukrainian voice overs. No immersion when playing this.

@odisseus interesting, I worked on mac for awhile but I don’t recall running into that problem, perhaps the modern combat mod didn’t update properly, I would try removing and then redownloading the mod

hello for some reason the russian soldiers in my game are not wearing uniform and many r missing guns, the ukraine side is totaly fine im also subscribed to every needed mod can someone help?
ps i have a mac so it might be that

@zai @axcuagenvu Noted! definitely can refine the middle cap zone, I found through testing that if the zone didn’t take extremely long to capture the Russians would end the game within a few minutes. Also because the capture radius is so large the marker appears underground as the objective prop is a sphere (you can still capture it though).

sadly we cant capture the central objective

I just played as Russian soldiers, one of the capture points seems underneath the surface, is it a mistake? Couldn't win as Russian (unless your design intention haha)

@Delta_Foxtrot Thanks for the feedback, it really means alot! Unfortunately I am not the author of both the BMP and Aks so I'm not able to change it. A good tip is to use third person when reloading as it uses the base game animations which is faster.

Really impressed by this mission, the entire map is really well made too

two tiny cons:
*The BMP can barely turn it's like a brick literally
*The reloads are a tiny bit slow atleast for the Ak's

Aside from that 10/10 fantastic mission

modern wombat got updated with russian stuff today, at least that green digi/not digi pattern

@axcuagenvu Yeah I agree the Russian uniforms are a bit lacking atm so I’m really waiting on the modern combat mod to be updated with the Russian faction, once that’s done there will be a much more substantial change in gameplay. Since this map also on the WS feel free to make your own missions!

This is crazily good. I felt like foreign legion fighting in Ukraine.
Just wondering if the Rusky soldiers uniform could be more modernized? for instance the helmet itself–felt like I'm fighting Soviet soldiers from time machine.
