oi can i use this in a mod of my own if i link credit?

Any idea why the Rag Shirts blacken out a character's skin if they spawn with them? It works fine if you unequip then re-equip, but equipping them to other characters in the FCS means they'll have blackened skin, which is not ideal.

look like ninja rag shirt version still have stealth bonus like ninja rag and can i ask u something " Have any ninja npc use ninja/desert ninja rag shirt version?
