As far as i know, you can only use them for posing using the animated props addons

Interesting. After finally figuring out how to use face posing (M1 on the ragdoll and have fun with the sliders) some of them don't seem to work. Also what's up with those cm3dposes I see on the ActMod menu? Are you able to preform them at all?
