I just changed load order and put it above the Damocles rhino mod. Should it be below?

I just loaded new save and it worked.. maybe its load order related, is my mod ABOVE the Damocles rhino mod?

I played iron hands again but it still does not show up. Does it need to be in a certain order? The Fire Raptor, Venerable Dreadnought and other Iron Hands add on vehicles do show up. Not sure what I might be doing wrong. For Space Marines I am able to make the Damocles.

checked mod, it should be in the heroes building after unlocking predators

What do I research to call it up? I was not able to make it playing the Iron Hands.
