Personal rites moves towards "communal" axis and communal rites moves towards "individualist" axis. An oversight?

Found some event options/names of things that seem to be missing translations as well.

There's quite a few entries that have been missed out on in translation. The Tang entry is partially translated. Quite a few things that have been translated are a little difficult to understand. One entry I did not understand at all was when selecting the Tang, there is some sort of building you can make that exists only for the Tang but I didn't understand what it was and I didn't see an option to build it. I think in era 1, there was an entry that wasn't translated at all. I'll go back and check, but some of your custom units aren't completely translated either. Some are half done or mostly done. I had to rely on bits that were translated to attempt to make sense of what they were.

@MartinBryant Not all entries are translated, maybe check era1 Inuit and era 3 Tang Dynasty for translation, if it is in English then it should be successfully enabled.
