Disable Mod Caching in settings and reload mod. Repeat every 10-30 seconds until it works. Turn the Mod Caching back on. The hosting started to react "imgbb.com service unavailable" to rarely downloaded and hidden files.

p.s. Here are some details for others trying to download all files for this mod: all of the files are indeed on the server, but it can be challenging to get them due to the host (imgbb.com) giving a lot of 503 service unavailable errors. There are a couple of reasons for the errors that I won't go into, but while most files should download on the first try, it can take many (MANY!) additional retries to download all of the files. For me, the two map image files took the longest (almost a week of trying) but it was possible to get everything in the end. I also recommend the use of TTS Mod Backup, although due to a recent Steam update, you'll need to edit the .json for most TTS mods to search/replace all "http://cloud-3.steamusercontent.com/" with "https://steamusercontent-a.akamaihd.net/" . Thanks a lot for your work on adding in this great BCS series game to TTS! As someone who owns the physical version of this game, a TTS version is very useful indeed to speed up learning the game.
