I mean, judging by what the mod promises? I think it just modifies the EvolvedRecipe that are tied to cooking things, like stews and soups.
Think of the scooby doo sandwiches. If you modify the value then you can make a MONSTER of a sandwich!

@Crimsin Fury I haven’t tested on single player yet but in theory it should work, I added the mod into my existing multiplayer game and it worked no problem.
