Prob won't do smthing like this again though since I cant imagine if someone asked me to make a version of it for every combination... I guess I just made it the first time to as a practice to learn about how the mod form together and stuff

Wow,, thats amazing! I've tried to edit the mod to use only the garrison and the fishers. But i've failed x_x
Now at least I have the garrison :D

I tried looking through the blp files and asking others and turn out that blp files arent usually the issue.. JNR told me that usually its the XLP that construct the models and DEP that loads the codes and yet I do not find any xlp in this mod... Aside from going through the BLPs, I have already removed everything related to the other district from files... and Hence I am unsure how to take the next step for better improvement on the asset count... I guess this is an unfortunate ending

I did thought of a direction I can try explore to solve this just now but i prob won't be able to work on it until the wkend but we will see

You are amazing with your fans, thank you, yeah, i have almost all of mikecro mods, and i like very much. I miss a "castle" to garrison troops, and the garrison do this paper fine, but unfortunelly, too much assets with my mods together. If you make only a simple mod, maybe, like a castle to build by the city or the worker, will be fine, like medieval ones, a fortress, to make a variable with forts, but, no rush, i will wait and tks again by your precious attention.

Though I am unsure, but based on the naming, it is likely that the different quarters may more than 50% of the texture files, and I am unable to identify other art related files in the mod, nor a file that directly connects which texture file with what...

Oddly, the game is also able to run normally without any of the texture files, but the texture of the building will be completely gone, leading to a buggy graphic.... But this prevents me from finding which file is needed exactly by trying to trace the debug log, as it doesnt seem to break the game...

Unfortunately if the current version does not work out for your need, then most likely I will suggest you check out the walled quarter mod... If you are interested in the buggy graphic version, I can update it here...

As I look deeper into it, unfortunately I don't think I can further correctly identify and reduce the assets involved without dedicating a lot of time to mix and match and run alot of test to see which file is tied to the garrison district and in what way. While some texture file had obvious name labeling such as TEXTURE_DIS_Harbor_Base_L, about 90% of them doesn't and I also suspect that most of these textures are shared and used among multiple quarters.. After all, the building and coloring of the small buildings are similar, differing only by their density, positioning, and roof color... and with the ambiguous labeling and my lack of ability to open these files, I am unable to easily identify which is which

I think putting the garrison building inside the city is much much more difficult for me than just keeping the garrison district though... Ill have to look into what caused the mod to load the rest of the other stuff and remove it

Thank you my friend, may i suggest? Make a simple mod, justi to put only one garrison in the city, like city defense of the perimeter, no bonus needed, just the building, same graphics, will work fine

I think the assets problem remains. Can you just make a mod to build a single biolding like the garrison, no strings attached, like bonus, etc?

Only today i saw, try, and had a error in loading a new game (EXCESS... etc), maybe incompatibity with another mod, but with the full lite met version, runs, only assets limits... Can you try fix it?
