yeah it doesnt work with great war redux and that mod is full of small useless states, colonial puppets and bordergore

@molaeman2011 yeah idk why it wont work with great war either. It would be very handy since in my game north mac is split between Croatia and Hungary for some reason.

If you only want to give states that you control you should use the MP version. I believe that one limits you to just giving states especially to limit cheating in MP games.
I believe the SP version allows you to switch around the ai's states in order to fix border gore or smth.

Could you move it so it doesn't block the date? The bottom left is pretty useless and would make a good spot for this mod.

@w11iboy personally i'd love it if i could give my faction allies territory, however i often don't have much self control and i take the ai states for myself, which ruins the immersion for me. i absolutely love this mod, and it'd make my week if you could make it so you can't take ai states. or make a non cheating version that only lets you give territory. 🙏👍

your stupid mod blocks my date section i cant see which year and date i am at. i changed borderless to fullscreen and even i changed ui scale but it blocked the date or the year. i needed to restart everytime i changed resolution scale or ui scale cause u are forced to change it. Waste of time

Maybe it's because i started using the mod mid game and not when creating it

@Iggi gaming I don't know what exactly is wrong, I've tested and everything works. Maybe it's your save.

If i click on a state i'm occupying and mark it and click the core state button, it does nothing. But if I mark a foreign state, core it and transfer it to me, it becomes a core state. AND if I mark a cored state and core it then it becomes a colony and I'm able to recore it.

You have to transfer a state into another country then core it then transfer it back

You can uncore core states and recore them, but can't core occupied states :(

@diddler I was trying to figure out why it stopped working in GW,
I never figured it out, so now GW is on the list of incompatible mods.

It basically works, but I noticed that the mod doesn't run correctly in some countries. These include Albania, Macedonia, Greece, Slovakia, Austria, Italy,Moldova,Serbia, India and Ukraine. In certain regions the core cannot be removed as this triggers a bug. I'm trying to recreate the modern boundaries of 2024 with the mod. For this reason I use this mod as it is well suited for this.

@itsdown22 I do not understand a lot, but if you mean that you can remove the core just mark the province and click on the core, it will cease to be the core of the country that controls it.

In Hearts of Iron IV, could you provide an option to remove the core status of provinces directly in the game, or would it make sense to have this feature?

@Devixian-Firehawk Well, it turns out that it is not compatible with one of the mods, it happens. And you have to choose between the mods

Thats kind of the thing, none. At least none that affect frontlines. I've got one that affects political situations, one that adds more formables and releasables, but none of those have any issues till I use the transfer tool.

Could be an incompatibility maybe, but it only started after I downloaded this. Basically after I used the tool to clean up post war borders with russia cause a ton of states got liberated, I sent my troops to border poland and attacked them, only when I did, the frontline didnt move from its original position, in fact it was only then I noticed the frontline was forming around countries that were no longer there, I was Lithuania for context, specifically the now not existing belarus and ukraine. So thats basically what I noticed. Its happened before but I never really placed down what could be causing it, that most recent example is yesterday.

pretty sure its this mod that absolutely destroys frontlines once you use the tool
