It seems it' not working with French Fried Taters EAW Remake, some icons not able to be display, and seems the AI was completely dead.

I cannot launch the submod. It crashes 5 seconds after i open the game.

To Answer your question Lucifer Quin Grievous is in the Holdouts submod but only for the Shatterpoint GC and Skirmish

Grievous is dead by this point, best you can get is the mindless N-K Nercrosis, which is effectively just a droid wearing his armor.
