@TheyCallMeB-Rad I did check all the mods in this collection both with dlcs enabled & disabled. In both cases, all the mods in this collection work perfectly fine.

My guess on your issue is; there have been 2 updates to the hoi4 launcher recently. Unfortunately, hoi4 launcher might be the dumbest launcher ever existed. Every time they release an update, some ppl have issues with loading their mods. This is something I also had experienced several times before.

There is nothing I can do to help you on this one but to give you some advice. You can try deleting all your files and game files both in ~/Documents/Paradox Interactive/Hearts of Iron IV/ and .../steamapps/common/Hearts of Iron IV/

I highly suggest you to google for solutions. I solved my same problem that way. It got me do a lot of deleting and re-installing but it solved my problem at the end of the day.
