Need to go into Iridar's Templar Shield config and look for XComTemplateEditor.

You will find values under the weapon template for shard gaunlets.

Duplicate those lines, but change the tag from "TemplarShield" to "IRI_TemplarShield"

Great mod but has anyone found a fix for the Templar Shield problem that iSymphonia was talking about?

Indeed the I wanna play with LW2 Classes and Perks, so I think the best choice for me is to use a LWOTC Heroes ported or anyway requiring this soldier mod. Question was best choice of which of the two heroes mod mentioned in my post. You replied anyway, so thanks a lot.

In my opinion better is Reimagined Faction Heroes for WOTC if i wanna play with LWOTC hero classes i play LWOTC mod.

Hi, newbie to WOTC I'm looking to a good Heroes mod to start a new campaign. Long War of the Chosen Hero Classes Redux or Reimagined Faction Heroes for WOTC? Both by you, they are Port or Remagination of Faction Heroes and based on LW2 Classes and Perks.Am I right?
So I don't know which one to use. Can you help expaining the differences? Many thanks

I've been investigating why Templars don't get any ablative when using the new templar parry for awhile now. I thought it was a mod incompatibility until I only tested what was required and it still happened.


Turns out this mod changes the tags used to define the shield amount in the template master to "IRI_TemplarShield" instead of it's normally defined "TemplarShield".

I doubt many use this mod, but if you do, could just add it into the template master for a quick fix.

Working on faction soldiers for wotc with claymore for Reapers and Templars with rebuild perk tree with working 4 focus. Will try to release that mod today.
