This should be pointed out in the documentation FFS. Took me bloody minutes to figure that out, found nothing in the code that would allow you to construct them, or any skillbooks that add recipies.

Immersion. I usually put my more valuable things in a hidden place just to feel like I might have it stolen. Who knows? Maybe there is an entity that randomly steals your ammo and eats your food...
