I first named it Ze Taget for reference to Hilter and to kill his face but then IZY helped me to change it to something less in common with Hitler.

TF2 stated he wasn't a former Nazi doctor, so I doubt they'd let this go through.
I read IZY2091's comment, but I highly doubt the rest of the community knows that nor will they actually believe it's based off of Chaplin.

Toothbrush moustache
The style originally became popular in America in the late 19th century. Charlie Chaplin said he added the moustache to his costume because it had a comical appearance and was small enough so as not to hide his expression.

Hitler's sister-in-law, Bridget Hitler, says she was responsible for Hitler's toothbrush. The two quarreled a lot because she could not stand his unruly Kaiser moustache. He cut it, but that in doing so, as in most things, he went "too far".

In 2009, British comedian Richard Herring created a stand-up show titled Hitler Moustache, to see if he "could reclaim the toothbrush moustache for comedy—it was Chaplin's first, then Hitler ruined it."
