What is the mod called that gives you the cockpit featured on this rover? I've been looking for it for ages but since I don't know the name I'm not really sure what to search for.

Awesome design and function.
I'd advise to set limits on the rear surpension rotor - the racks flip sometimes on rough terrain.

You can use timers as relays to trigger multiple diferent actions, instead of using 6+7 you can use just 6.

very cool, i would suggest using the steerable wheels instead of rotors..... just for the easier control functionality
