worked fine literally last night and now selecting ukyo results in receiving a "null" character and yomih does the thing where the game enters a softlocked screen where you can't do anything and you're forced to alt f4. why

this character can very easily infinite while barely generating burst on the enemy so they just don't get to play the game while you keep hitting your 4 frame attacks

tbh, I just wish more moves interacted with the Rin Go. Only having two or three is starting to get predictable. Although, the funny mix-up of "am I gonna hit the chip or walk towards you" will never not be funny.

His damage is fine, I don't see overlying issues, especially since the moves that do good damage are finniky to land. Very well made, definitely a favorite of mine, keep up the good work and God bless!

In case you don't know what can "Rin Go." do, basically you can throw out an apple, and hit that apple with your attacks so you get an extra move after them

Push Away is how Samurai Shodown, Ukyo's native game, does most standard grabs - a small shove that does no damage but gives you advantage for typically a free hit. In this case, the shove is used to beat the standard YomiH grab but has just barely not enough advantage that Ukyo doesn't get a free hit but does get a free mix-up.

havent looked much but what exactly is push away supposed to do? it seems kinda useless even tho it beats grab because its just guaranteed grab tech. i may be missing osmething though but other wise me like :steamhappy:

Or have more aerial Specials.
