There are currently seven pages of comments and I am assuming that a lot of the comments are in Russian and I can't read let alone understand anything in Russian. If you are talking about the comment at the bottom of the description I saw them already and I have no idea as to how to make an npc because I don't know lua code. I only know HTML 5.

33LENR33, Это Плеермоделька. Плеермодель Метрокопа НЕ Заменяет обычных, а также их можно настраивать. Чтобы использовать модель нажми на C --> Модель Игрока --> А дальше ищешь
