Yep, can open non-avatar files without issue, both .dds and rigid model. It's just the avatar files giving me the issue unfortunately. Also tried the dynasty version of the files as well, same error. Did a clean install of regular pharaoh too to see if maybe the pack file would've updated with some new permission or something but to no avail.

i got the physical edition which includes skins by default.

yes, if I extract that file with the asset editor it won't open for me. I also cannot open the data_special pack (where I assume these files are located) without it crashing RPFM. However, I just tried opening the texture files you provided in this mod and they work fine.

Would I be correct in assuming you pre-ordered the game? Just a theory, but maybe they didnt update the licensing for the pre-order dlc files when they added them to the base game. Which is weird cause I can use them in game just fine.

yep, extracted both the textures and rigid model with the asset editor but get errors when I attempt to open them. Seems the avatar skins are the only ones I have that issue with. I get the feeling these particular files are encrypted. I have access to the skins in game no issue, just having a problem when I wanted to go make some edits to the texture/model.

did you extract the texture?
photoshop would require plug-in to open dds, forgot whether gimp & paint.net require plug-in or not.

How did you manage to access the texture files? I can't seem to open textures or the rigid model for the avatar of the gods outfits without getting an error.

please screenshot your "Mod Manager" page (here or pm)
(if any chance it ignores the mod order).

yes sorry i shouldve have clarified. its in game seti is still wearing his blue

you mean in-game Seti, NOT menu Seti right?

I dont know why but i have it at the top of the load order and it still is just the default Seti :(

yes, it should change every Seti's avatar (except menu's Seti).
did you forget to activate it in TWP's launcher?
try put it on top on mod list to get first priority?

Does this change Seti's appearance to the image you posted? I just started a Seti campaign with this mod and he still had the default appearance.

Please do this for all avatar, thank you !
