This Civ was created before the species editor was available. At that time, you had to select from available in game species. Once subscribed, you can easily use the assets to create the proper species.

I may edit my Civs to include proper species. I grew frustrated with workshop/Stardock related issues uploading/updating civs and haven't returned to see if they have been resolved.

When you upload your civilization, it seems that you don't attach the species with your civilization. I got random species when I downloaded your civilization. Many of those portraits in your screenshots wasn't present in the civilization
