Great addition to Nanning City, but as some people have written that they have a problem with ceda, I have the exact same issue. I don't have other populations, conflicting addons and replacements. So it should have worked fine, but instead of CNDA it spawns l4d1 ceda. I don't know why and how to fix it
Otherwise, Infected works as it should, except for this point

as in "even with all my population addons turned off and just this campaign its still the Rayfordians instead of chineses"

Sorry for constantly asking but There's a lot of custom maps with more than 1 version so...

I solved the problem on my side by recompiling the campaign on a local addon using your pop file (corrected so the value add to 100% spawn chance) and it works.
But since not everyone knows how to do this stuff, i prefer to make sure if i'm the only one affected.

I know it's nitpicky but well, i wanted to enjoy all the new models without exception.
I was wondering if i was the only one having this issue.

I wish but no, i tried different things, like downloading in a different order, or simply going vanilla but nope, the pop file of your addon is not the one used by the map. It keep using the original one.

Also when checking the pop file, i saw that all of all the custom nav places, none use a spawn value that add up to 100% (it's from the original pop file you simply didn't edit the numbers).

Perhaps you have other incompatible mods installed? Like l4d1 infected in l4d1 campaigns, or other population mods?

I don't know why, but even with this mod properly installed, the game still use the pop file from the campaign and not this addon. I know that because they are identical expect for the l4d1 variant of the ceda infected, so the models works fine and all, but the campaign still use the l4d1 ceda variant even with this addon.

Is it possible to make a standalone version for the ceda agent ? This version with the gaz mask is gold.
