Pardon the stupid question, but does the mod disable the _effects_ of rainy weather (assuming there are some)?

Good! I am sick of that damn rain! On what planet does rain months on end day and night nonstop?? Believe it or not this is my favorate mod so far.

@Freeasabird This mod is for those who want to JUST disable rain, but keep other weather effects.

awesome. Cant wait to try this, I like having the weather turned on )snow is pretty lol) but i struggle to see things in game when it rains. so perfect for me.

You DO know that you can turn OFF weather effects so? it never snows and rains EVER again.

Does this improve frame rate? Is that this mods purpose? I ask because my laptop could use any help I can get in that department. :)
