the mod was working and all of a sudden for me lodes as null when selected and freezes the game when loading into a match, are their any mods that would clash with it?

I like most of this character's moves, the issue is that it almost entirely ignores the mechanics set in place to stop combos from going forever, mainly DI, so you end up with insane things like 9000 damage combos even without much effort.

i never zipped the files back up, just left it as a folder.

It wont let me save anything while the files are zipped. I've tried saving a copy elsewhere, and moving it in, it just said no. The little "ø" icon next to my mouse when I tried. I tried changing permissions. Did you use any specific app for the changes or just notepad?

didnt have that issue but most likely u shouldnt unzip the file (well i edited while it was zipped and everything worked)

@PIXUPL I'm struggling a bit with the alt animations, when I edit the files, the mod stops showing up in game. I unzip the file using winrar, edit it using the edits you specified, zip the file again using winrar. I boot up the game, and she's gone.
