Mexico and above,
Central America to Canada,
or above mexico.

The Caribbean also varies.

I assume you were using Above mexico with no Caribbean, In which, off the top of my head I can name USA, Canada, Denmark (Greenland), and France (Saint Pierre and Miquelon). So, minimum 4, I might have missed some, at the smallest definition.

Exactly, my definition of North America is Greenland (Denmark), Canada, USA, The Carribean, Mexico and Central America

depends on your definiton of north america. Sometimes central america is included
