Still nothing encountered like what happened in your video, and I even made sure to spawn each one of them to see and they all spawned normally as they should. One thing I can possibly think that might be the issue is that there might be some other addon there that is causing the issue but thats me just guessing. Unfortunately, there is nothing much else I can do.

Thats really weird to see, but I'll take a second look at it could you link me the other npcs you were using in your video? I will need them to see if the same bug will happen with me.

I guess youtube or the video upload option for steam or something but since I can't find any issues when I used them then there isn't much I can do to fix it unfortunately.

That's really strange, I didn't find anything in either addons that would indicate those type of errors youre having. I even made sure to see if there were any spawning issues and even looked in the lua just to make sure I didn't leave an error by accident and still did not see or find any issues. I would try unsubbing and resubbing and also try restarting gmod as well. If there are still issues then I am afraid I won't be able to do anything about it. One thing I do notice is that whenever you first spawn or select weapons from some weapons bases, you get a small wait time before you equip them and it seems to do the same with npcs if they spawn with said weapon. But that only happens if you haven't equipped it first but if you already have all the weapons equipped beforehand and you spawn them there shouldn't be that little load time you get when spawning a weapon.
