I checked a few times and sure enough, I changed the icons to the skull image already, so something's gone pear-shaped somewhere else.

If it helps in debug, banana bomb is also currently installed on the server when i saw icon so it could be conflicting file names in some way.

That's odd. I tried to set the icon to the skull model (i.e the one you'd see when inspecting a corpse's cause of death if someone died to a knife or a crowbar)

I am a bit confused why your addon uses a TTT Banana Bomb for the shop icon. You could get away with using the thumbnail for this addon and it would look a lot better + be a lot less confusing.

No, the addon is tagged as Vehicle on the workshop page instead of weapon.

You're not supposed to use this on sandbox?

Was this meant to be in the vehicle category?
