Now for your file, I see there's a problem here "NEVERTITLE":"NEVERTITLE" it should be "texture":"NEVERTITLE.png" the first word on the left is always "texture" and for the right side, you most likely need to add the image format (.png).

could you show me an example of the txt file when adding a new one separate from the texture you already have in there cuz i got one texture working but i just replaced the texture you already had in there but everytime i make a new one it won't put the texture there

The belt texture is determined by the "texture" in the belt .txt file: https://imgur.com/FrUElW7 Make sure to put the belt texture file in the same folder and put the name in the text file. If it's still not working, send me a picture of the mod folder and one of the belts text file like I did here

late ask but, i got the mod to work but none of my belt textures appear on the belts its just standard belt design every time i make a new one, what am i doing wrong

Most likely because you didn't change the "texture" part in your new belt text file so it tried to load the same belt texture file twice.

so i tried doing that and i got this error code while loading up the game

If you go into the mod folder you can find "ExampleBelt.txt" and "ExampleTexture.png" files. If you want to make a new belt, make a copy of the first one. To change the name, open it in notepad and modify the "name" part of it. Colors can be changed by modifying the "R", "G" and "B" numbers. To change the texture, put your own belt texture image in the mod folder and then change the "texture" part in the text file with your own. I also added a belt texture template so you can draw your own.

so like do i just duplicate the mod file for multiple belts, also how do i replace the replica feature with a different one

If you're talking about modded weapons in general, there probably will be some kind of tutorial once WECCL starts properly supporting custom props.
