Bro make me buy all DLC for this

All the turrets break apart and the ones that dont, simply just dont work

@thehaydndare Any chance we'll get to see a V2 that polishes up the lack of assembers and conveyors in a lot of places, and uses that new little forklift? I love this ship and keep a version that has those mods done to it around, but in its current state it takes some work to be usable.

I'd also recommend use of OverGyro (https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3026702874) to help with her slow turning speed.

oh for anyone who wants to use this in survival you need to place a assembler on the habitation deck on the left wall coming down the main staircase and you need to go to the side turrets and connect them to the conveyor grid, you can connect them to the conveyor grids next the the hydrogen tank in the walls close to the turrets on the left and right side, On the bridge turret you need to remove the helm that is there and route conveyors down through the floor, make sure you use armored conveyors for the floor to make it look nice, and there is the second turret in the front remove one of the orange ladders and connect the conveyor system through the back wall.

@BagofBonze there are a ton of subgrids on this, all of varying complexity (cargo/vehicle lift is a simple subgrid, and landing gear + cranes + forklifts are highly complex). If you want to use this, I'd suggest either pasting it in your world with creative tools, or use a subgrid projector mod.

how well does this ship work ? is it any good ?

pretty new player here (less than 200hrs played) and I am still completely hopeless and printing anything with sub-grids so I have been reluctant to try this one out (subbed it though). Are there sub-grids?

Coming from somebody who does play SC, all I can say is, WoW. You knocked this one out of the park. The detail is amazing. If I had to make a criticism, about the only thing I could come up with is the lack of Assemblers. It's a mobile base, a flying city, it needs to be able to make repairs on the go. Aside from that, flawless. Can't wait to see what you build next.

@CaveDweller, I've never played Star Citizen and I don't know the specific lore behind the ship, but from what I've read, it's a jack of all trades ship that is essentially a mobile base of operations. The flight deck can be filled with military vessels, industrial or both. So basically whatever you see fit!

How well that translates to space engineers, I have no idea, I'd love people to mess around with it and find out.

I am very impressed my favorite ship in the verse on a different game and looks so damn good too

what is it and what does it do? Is it a carrier, a cargo hauler, transport? etc.

just getting back into SE will be taking notes and using this as a base till I get better at building

@ProCaptainAJ you also don't have to wait 5 years for CIG to get around to building the ship or try to find 80 other people to crew the ship

I've just updated the DLC list due to feedback by Patrick, I've used bits and pieces of every DLC with blocks, I didn't realise that not all DLC came with blocks lol

is the 2013 DLC required for this ship to function?

Something seems wrong with that DLC list. The Anniversary pack contains 3 character skins and nothing else. I'm not sure what "Space Engineers 2013" is or what that contains. The SE Deluxe could be removed if you replace any use of gold armor with yellow armor and the Retro Future armor skin.

Just to answer a few questions, I will not be making a DLC free version, that would require rebuilding building the ship from the ground up.

The ship took me about four month's to build on and off.

I might get around to making some of the smaller craft from Star Citizen to compliment it, but I also encourage building your own craft or using other craft from the workshop to fill the deck and hangars.

Aye, would you be able to upload a DLC-less Version of this perfection of a ship? I was following your WIP-posts with the forklifts and all that and got so excited for when you release it and now I can't use it, because I don't have all of the DLCs. You'd fullfill so many people's dreams and hopes.

This thing deserves to be on the front yearly most popular page. The fact that you managed to build an actual good looking interior and not just "floating" boxes in a ship of that size and make it atmo capable is amazing. But the thing I love the most is the landing gear. Cool "animation", reasonable size and doesn't explode on the slightest touch with the ground.
Btw, not sure if you are aware, but there's small hole in the wall if you enter from yellow front bottom hatch
