How did you get where you could have army soldiers as guards at your prison( for those saying it is a armed guard reskin there is also a armed guard in the photo so it is not that).

This mod would've been a lot better if it only allowed guards to use the shooting range not prisoners. The idea of prisoners using shooting ranges is completely illogical.

the prisoners just walk up to one of the range stalls for one second and immediately walk away. Since they're only in the range room for 2 minutes, it dosen't lower any needs and prisoners don't shoot the guns. I have all 4 target types and a working range. Why won't they stay for more than a few seconds?

So, it makes a super high risk zone appear in your prison, with no benefits? I mean it would be awesome if it made your guards fight and shoot better but if it doesn't what's the point?
