Every year i always hope this set gets in the game, it's a shame to think it's been a little bit over 4 years and they haven't been added, as this is an extremely well done set of cosmetics. Lets hope 2019 is the year of the clown!

Probably get rid of the Granite Chin (if this even gets into the game) but aside from the Granite Chin i think this would be a great cosmetic set for next Halloween (and i know it's an artstyle breaker but i really hope this won't be Halloween restricted) and while i'm here cosmetic-exclusive voice lines anyone?

What do you mean, @kirb? The Comedian and Granite Chin are two different items, and can be worn without each other. The Comedian has the paint, and the Chin doesn't. If you ask me, I think they should be the same item with two styles.

I actually love the idea a cosmetic item similar to Engie's Level-3 Chin, where it basically changes the face entirely. The Granite Chin would be be an excellent addition for Heavy. I also think it would be neat to see other items like this for other classes as well. Face overhauls.

Doesn't look like pogo the clown to me, or in anyway a reference to pogo the clown (I looked it up) and I really doubt that's the reason it didn't get in, he just looks like an amazing fat pootis clown to me, also as a huge heavy fan, i was really disapointed that this set wasnt added, so im really hopping that its added next year :D
