There was a bug where Jet would end up with the character stuck beneath the ground, I had to get rid of the sprite rotation temporarily, but it should be bug free now!

For a first-timer, this shows some real creativity. It reminds me of Engineer, but more Wii Tanks vibes.

New update!
Changes:
Fixed Scan Projectile not working
Fixed a bug when getting hit while scanning would disable Missle and Scan
Improved frame data and added forward momentum to Stab Mid
Hitbox comes out earlier on Sweep now
Frame data on Lay Mine is now much better
Added new special: Chain Shot
Added new special: Jet
Tesla shot now takes 2 special

Hopefully this should help out neutral options for Tank, and allowing for more grounded combos
