That seems too long, Kou. I'd remove it, unsubscribe then start over. The upload of all the files can take a few minutes depending on internet speed but NOT an hour. To check if it is installed, go to Settings fro mthe main page, troubleshooting tab, hit button saying "open folder with customizable data", navigate to "fg_files" folder, open it and see if there are 4000 .fg files or 40,000 .fg files. Game ships with about 4k but mod has about 40k.

Is it a problem with installing this workshop to the game for too long? I waited for an hour but it keep telling me installing

Updated pack is up. Go to Workshop Central, redownload it and reinstall it. It will take a minute for the pack to upload but once it does you are set. Thanks to all that have subscribed and especially to those that were kind enough to give positive ratings for the mod. :) I've decided to update the picture every time I upload a new pack so y'all can better tell when to check in. Posted a rookie - and a heck of an exciting one at that - as a reminder that there are more than just faces of yesteryear in the pack.

The update should be up and running. Go to the Start Screen of OOTP25, Go to Workshop Central at the bottom of the screen, click on your subscribed items and it should indicate an update is available. Click to download it. Reinstall it. To check if it is working go to rookie Bryan Ramos in the White Sox MiLB (Birmingham Barons) and check his face. If it is purple and scary go to the Player Editor and look for Picture options and try to refresh it. If he looks human, the update took. To update everything en masse, go to Game Setting>Facegen and there should be an option to Update all the facegens. Let me know if it is working okay, I'll be around tomorrow evening in case something needs to be adjusted. On behalf and AESP and myself who create and maintain the pack, thanks for you support.

Does this pack include updates and improvements for current mlb players?

Hi Jeremy. Glad you came to the main forum. As stated there (but repeating happily for those that just read Steam), for prospects, I generally work off the MLBPA list of minor league names but that list still has not been released yet. Other than that, it's by request or whatever I feel like doing when I have time. Glad I could hook you up on Holliday and Quero. I'll post Miso tonight for ya. All such requests are available via download on the forum thread and are always in the updates when I re-post the full pack every couple months (though I expect the next one sooner than that - around the end of April once we see who makes the rosters and that MLBPA list arrives and I have time to make the ones on there).

I can see Mattingly with the stache but sevearl prospects photos arent loading. Guys like Jackson Holliday, Jeferson Quero, Jacob Misiorowski to name a few.

If you see a bad facegen, DM me or post on the thread in the Forum, I'm auditing the pack and removing (or redoing) all the bad ones that have been put in the pack over the years. A ton have been redone in the past two years but most of those have been MLB players. The career minor leaguers need a good scrubbing still. The settings you mention can also be adjusted to zoom in or out of the player editor page facegen or alter the size of the fg that appears on leader boards/news stories and the like. It's a good setting to know.

Worth noting that there's a new option for Facegen this year, which is on by default, to randomize the angle of facegen pictures. This seems to not interact well with this mod, and can result in some terrifying facegen photos. I'd recommend disabling that setting if you use this mod, by going to OOTP Settings > Facegen > FaceGen angle and change this to "Straight".

Never mind, I did a complete restart of my computer and it showed up in the list. Interesting. Thank you to ALL who donate their time and talents to make this game even better than it is!

I subscribed but it doesn't show up in the list. Is there a solution for this?

To ensure the pack is working, 1) Go to the workshop here and subscribe, 2) Go to OOTP 25 and, on the start screen, click "Workshop Central" at the bottom. It should show the facegen pack title in a pop-up window. 3) Select the pack and look to the right - there should be a download button. 4) Download it. 5) There may also be an Install button after the download if memory serves. If so, click "Install". When the game loads, look up someone like Don Mattingly. If he looks like 1986 mustachioed Don Mattingly, it's installed.
