The method I used to port this was a bit of a hack jobby method (using a Doom to Quake converter then using Crafty to make a VMF then fixing up the resulting file) & I'm not sure if it'd work on a regular level that isn't the size of a grape.

@knuxfan24 try using the "light_environment" entity for you lighting. It basically acts like the sun and even gives you ambient light if you desire.

The lighting was a bit of pain, I'll likely try & fix it up at some point. As for the Edge Grass, wasn't too sure of a way to get that working with the very basic knowledge I have of Hammer

lighting could have been better, and the edge grass is clearly missing.
aside from that, it looks like a very good recreation.
