You can only obtain Steampunk Mr. and Mrs. Foster by unlocking the achievements of the summer event. Once you have the characters unlocked, you can use this skin.

1. Subscribe
2. Run the game
3. Unzip the ObsidianMrandMrsFoster folder located in Steam\SteamApps\common\KillingFloor
4. Open the folder and follow the instructions in the Installation file
