So I'm trying to play Singleplayer with this mod (I have the other YukiTheater mods as well)and all of the models are errors. Is there any fix?

Happy to report we've updated the Pack to properly work in Sandbox again!

We’ll be bringing back some of them once we’ve fixed some outstanding issues with Olympus on Yuki. You can see the full list here, under “Gamemode: Starting Item Set | Playermodels”:
