If you want to see a real amshack check out the one in Cumberland, MD. It's literally just a shelter on the side of the train tracks.

Wonderful! It is astonishing for me to suddenly see this mod here as I visited this station by Amtrak just days ago to visit my friend in UMich. (Go Blue!)

I've been inside one of these many times in Tacoma WA, both to get off and catch the Coast Starlight.

Unfortunately nowadays it just sits there with graffiti all over it last I saw.
