Just out of curiosity, what causes the male custom npcs to have female voices even thought they use male structures? I suspect there is a mod conflict somewhere, but I'm not sure. The npcs by Sligwolf for instance use male structures, and I can confirm they used male voices when the mod was working right.

Ngl I liked sound.SetActorGender update. Detour method makes reagdoll blacklisting dysfunctional. Can you perhaps upload a seperate version that isn't Detour?

it's definitely a hidden error, because neither this addon or REASFX notify any script errors in the console

ok so the exact issue in detail is:
since REASFX adds death sounds to NPCs according to model gender, and this addon lets the NPCs actually USE all of REASFX's sounds that MATCH the model's gender, both work in harmony. this was effective before the update you just launched

now because of the addon's update, every single NPC i kill, no matter if they're supposedly female or male, will always play the male sounds no matter what, so i think that change you did today really seemed to break the addon combination

the april 11 update just completely screwed over the flawless combination with the REASFX addon for death sounds, so uh.. i really think you should revert this addon to its previous version - honestly, it was just perfect how it was, too

@EXOCORE, I don't think this is for ZBase, it's just for custom npc by default if I'm not mistaken.

Yeah i always hated this.

The reason it happens is because the model itself thats used for the NPC needs to be named male_## or female_## to actually make proper use of their voicelines or animation set, expressions, its hardcoded as far as i was aware which makes me curious how this works.
