The stand pose tool isn't just useful for human ragdolls, it works for ponies and some vehicles too.
I also recommend getting the Ragdoll Mover, which I used to make the ragdolls sit.
And don't worry, I though there was something wrong the first time I loaded a Gmod 13 save and it was in T-pose.
Sry cuase on the thumb nail it shows "Stand Pose"
As for the max amount of addons, that refers to having addons for Gmod. My own addons number in the hundreds including some I many I don't use often, so it shouldn't be a problem.
You'll have to run into the ragdolls to get them out of T-pose though, but that's a problem with Gmod.
