Patch 1.9 broke map because I had player slots set to neutral. Fixed it. should work fine now.

Fixed issue sometimes final mission wouldnt start. (killing officers)

- Removed some of the final battle enemy troops (for lag purposes)

- Fixed second POW text to center screen.
- Fixed issue after John changed to german, and died, game didn't end
- Replaced john unfirm change to officer, fixed health bar.
- Fixed issue john wasn't leaving truck before being blown up after checkpoint 2.
- Reduced time civilian helper comes out after checkpoint 2 warning.

- John now start with almost full health bar.

My first attempt at a Single Player Mission. Love any suggestions/idea's. Was a huge undertaking but super fun :)
