In any case, good job on the replacers! I like that the crit SFX is used for the alt-fire for this shotgun, and it's probably my fave of them.
Check to see if you have any mods that replace the shotgun in anyway.
The Animation set derived from the SPAS-12 was simple, but effective in conveying the weapon and I was surprised to see the reload animation was altered to fit the new model.
If there was anything I wish was corrected about the model, it's that I wish the model underwent some modifications to make it more HL2-proportioned, like giving it a pistol grip and shrinking the weapon a little.
I would also rather see this as a real separate weapon and not as a reskin but that's me.
If it still doesn’t work, try disabling every other mod BUT the tf2 reskins to test if you have a mod conflict.
No idea how to get the other working, nothing is in the way or other lapping but Hay.. One works..
