@Pogrom - Usually around military bases or on military zombies. The mod does not affect the spawning of Ghillie suits, just how they work.

What that means is that sometimes you'll still be spotted immediately, but other times you'll manage to go unnoticed when you otherwise would have been seen.
I could look at improving stealth XP gain when wearing the ghillie suit, this could just be an XP gain modifier on vanilla Stealth XP (much like an occupation boost).
I would probably want to add that as a mod option, so people could disable it if they wanted, as I could see some people not wanting it to affect the Vanillia skill progression.
Maybe it's not a bad idea for me to update my mod.
