it works, lots of guns and ammo, but the layout of buildings is boring, a lot of empty space. But if you want tons of loot in one place - that's it. Not nearly as interesting to loot as other similar map mods, but it does work and takes into account your loot settings. Only one main building with 90% of military containers.

I don't play below "rare" loot settings, and with those settings in sandbox, i've found endless guns and ammo in here. I can't fathom how you can be finding just clothing, unless some other mod you have is f*cking up/modifying the loot tables of the military crates.

there was no god damn just the entire population of fucking riverside and Rosewood combined, not even any bullets for the weapons i brought after i ran out from the ammo from massacaring 1 % of the place (which was a lot)

@Leader of the Zakonistians Your game is lagging due to the large number of infected on the territory of the factory , try fps mods (It helps me, but I can't guarantee it will help you.)

I can't even begin to explain how much you can find in the gun factory. It is absolutely absurd how much ammo and guns there are. It's to the point the game actually lags quite badly while in there. Perhaps you could dial it back some so it's more manageable

Keep in mind that if you are looking for a weapons factory that actually looks pretty, look elsewhere. This was done by a very new mapper (I assume) and as such you are going to be facing large, empty buildings with tons of zombies and loot all grouped up in one little area.
