I am also using a AIO Command menu mod not only for this, but also for all of the other user-made missions as well! Yeah, sticking to a certain pose happens occasionally, not limited to this mission. Using AIO is the best way to deal with these kinds of problem for now it seems :(
However, LAMBS might cause some problems too if you use it with this mission, though I am not sure cuz I haven't played with it. DCW has its own reviving script, so it might clash with LAMBS' mechanics.
I'm talking about ports of the "March 24" version and I'm playing with LAMBS_Danger.fsm (DEV).
Are you playing on singleplayer, not creating multiplayer server? Saving works in singleplayer mode.
I found out previous versions of DCW Redux have a critical bug. It will stop spawning civilians & enemies after some hours of playing. This bug existed from the original works by Bidass, but I haven't figured out how to solve it... until now.
The version I uploaded today will no longer have that bug. Unfortunately, previous players need to restart the mission with the updated version if they want to avoid this bug.
