The Garth of Golden Worship and connected My'dhas events are from the base game, not this mod. There are several variants of the bug you mention (and it is a bug). This is the report I follow:

After clearing it, whenever I fight in this province, my army gets gilded, just like the mechanic in the bossfight. I cannot autoresolve, because it's a guaranteed loss and when I fight I will maybe win but take heavy losses, because my army is completely stunned and cannot act. Alchemy will not fix the gilded effect, I have to wait for the script to undo it. It says every turn one gets ungilded, but that also is not true, it only works for the second turn, but after that it seems random if a unit becomes ungilded.
It is normal that the effect stays after clearing the wonder, that is like so with every wonder, but the mechanic is very punishing. The province where the wonder is becomes a huge weakspot for the one owning it.
I'm terribly sorry about this issue. It's a bit of a peculiar one. I'll be uploading a fix momentarily.

The correct version had made it to Paradox Plaza; I've transferred it here. You should have versions 1.7.572 for the main mod and 1.7.87 for this Primal Fury Pack now.
