ok ok, i checked the files, fair. and i checked the files of the mod i've been using, it messes up everything, i think i'll have to edit and merge files manually

this mod does Not change the icon, the only image file is the one that effects the main menu isaac and the background/paper (since those are on the same file)

I wish it only changed the background & isaac with blunt, without the "binding of isaac repentance" part, i have another mod that changes it, these two don't work well together
